  SYNTAX
	V filespec[ input-list[ output-list]]
     or V filespec[ argument]

  SEMANTICS
	Filespec is the name of the program to be started. The default
	device is SY: and the default file type is .SAV.  Any argument
	or input and output list you include is passed to the program
	in CSI format.
