TIME		Sets or displays the system time

  SYNTAX
	TIME[ hh:mm:ss]

  SEMANTICS
	In the TIME command, hh represents the hour (0-23), mm
	represents the minute (0-59), and ss represents the
	second (0-59). The system assumes 00 for an omitted field.
