SAVE		Writes memory areas to a file

  SYNTAX
	SAVE filespec[ parameters]

  SEMANTICS
	Filespec is the file in which background memory is to be saved.
	Parameters are of the form  address[-address2][,...]  and
	specify the areas of memory to be saved.  The default is to
	save all the background program.

  OPTIONS
	None
