RUN		Loads and starts a program

  SYNTAX
	RUN filespec[ input-list[ output-list]]
     or RUN filespec[ argument]

  SEMANTICS
	Filespec is the name of the program to be started. The default
	device is DK: and the default file type is .SAV.  Any argument
	or input and output list you include is passed to the program
	in CSI format.

  OPTIONS
	None

  EXAMPLES
	RUN MYPROG
	RUN DX1:MYPROG
	RUN DIR DX1:*.* LP:/E
