Installation Notes for TIFFany3 on Windows NT:

In order for TIFFany3 to work properly, you must install the application either in your home
directory (or a subdirectory within), or inside your $NEXT_ROOT directory (or a subdirectory
within). For example, if you are using WebObjects 4.0 and it is installed in C:\Apple and your
home directory in on D:\Users\me then you must install TIFFany3 in say C:\Apple\LocalApps\ or
in D:\Users\me\Apps for it to work properly.
