Archive of the Contents of DEC RX02 Floppy Controller PROMs

Four bipolar PROMs were removed from an RX02 Floppy Disk Controller PCB
DEC p/n M7744.  These PROMs contain the microcode for the AM2901 bit-slice
processors on this card.  The PROMs were read in a Data I/O System 29A
Universal Programmer and the images dumped to files corresponding to
the firmware part numbers stamped on the devices.

The devices are 1024 x 4 bipolar PROMs.  The .hex files contain 1024
byte images with the low nibble containing the PROM data.  The upper
nibble is always zero.

The CKSUM is the value computed and displayed by the Data I/O System
29A programmer when the contents were read from the device.
